HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY STATEMENT (June 2005)

In the conduct of its activities, Special Consultants, Oilfield Rentals, Equipment Limited will endeavour to protect the health and safety of its employees and others such as customers and contractors who may be affected by these activities, and to prevent adverse effects on the physical environment in which its activities are carried out.

S.C.O.R.E. Limited employees are committed to following the list of safety procedures, which are found in the Health and Safety Manual and offer further suggestion towards continuous improvement.

Our statement of general policy is:

To provide adequate control of the health and safety risks arising from our work activities;
To consult with our employees on matters affecting their health and safety;
To provide and maintain safe plant and equipment;
To ensure safe handling and use of chemical products;
To provide information, instruction and supervision for all employees;
To ensure all employees are competent to do their tasks, and to give them adequate training;
To prevent accidents and cases of work-related ill health;
To maintain safe and healthy working conditions;
To review and revise this policy as necessary at regular intervals.

In fulfilling this commitment, S.C.O.R.E. Limited will provide and maintain a safe and healthy work environment according to good industry practices and standards, which at least meet Trinidad & Tobago statutory requirement and all health, safety, environmental regulations and best industry practices worldwide.

We will strive to eliminate any foreseeable hazards, which may result in fires, losses, damage and personal injuries/illness.

Accidental loss can be controlled through good management in combination with active involvement of all staff. Within S.C.O.R.E. Limited, loss prevention is the direct responsibility of each individual employee.

S.C.O.R.E. Limited is committed to monitoring employee's health by conducting periodic company medicals. This will include monitoring and testing for drug and alcohol abuse.

All S.C.O.R.E. Limited employees visiting customer sites shall ensure that they receive, understand and adhere to the customers own safety policy.

All personnel will perform their jobs properly in accordance with established procedures and operating protocols.

This Health and Safety Policy Statement will be freely available to all staff, contractors and visitors.
