The objective of S.C.O.R.E. Limited is to exceed the expectations of clients in well cleaning operations. Our goal is to perform well clean-up operations in the most efficient manner possible, and to identify and recommend continual improvements. Offering the most fit-for-purpose system continues to underline the basis of our Roemex job designs.
S.C.O.R.E. Limited management and staff have over ten years of previous experience performing Well-bore Cleanouts for various clients offshore and onshore Trinidad .
We provide detailed monitoring and information gathering from all operations where a S.C.O.R.E./Roemex engineer has been present. This allows us to have a detailed account of well operations, performance related data and associated statistics from well cleaning operations. Detailed information is stored on a well-by-well basis through our Roemex database and is used to enhance future operations by identifying all areas which contribute in either positive or negative manners. S.C.O.R.E. Limited personnel are determined to work closely with our customers to continually improve performance.
In conjunction with our WBCO chemicals we are able to offer through Roemex, a full line of well-bore cleaning tools. This ensures our “total well-bore clean-out management” on the rig.
We provide transfer pumps, 1000 gallon storage tanks, 1000litre IBC's, portable digital centrifuges, N.T.U./T.S.S. kits and ancillary hoses/fittings to tailor and facilitate your specific well-bore clean-out requirements on the rig. We can also offer filtration services as part of this package. We perform in-house laboratory testing for compatibility of our products with client fluids.
All of our Roemex products have been tested locally and approved by the Ministry of Energy and the Government of Trinidad and Tobago for use offshore and onshore.

TURBO-CHEM INTERNATIONAL DRILLING ADDITIVES
S.C.O.R.E. Limited is the agent and supplier of several lines of environmentally safe specialty drilling products from Turbo-Chem International Inc.
S.C.O.R.E. Limited and Turbo-Chem are dedicated to reducing drilling project costs for our customers by minimizing risks associated with differential sticking, lost circulation, torque and drag, drillstring balling, shale instability and formation damage.
SwelLCM is a gelled, swelling, sealing agent used for extreme lost circulation. When placed within the loss zone, SwelLCM will swell and fill fractures and voids creating a solid inner matrix seal. Can be used with all water-based, oil-based, and synthetic-based muds. Eliminates risk of sidetracking hole, (as can occur with cement). Does not contaminate drilling fluid and very low concentrations required.
Initiates backup for E Z Squeeze, cement squeeze or conventional lost circulation material.
SwelLCM can be solubilized and cleaned up through acidizing or oxidizing (high alkaline treatment).
E Z Squeeze is a high fluid loss, high solids slurry, and its performance is unique to other types of LCM. When placed in and/ or across a loss zone, the liquid phase is squeezed from the slurry, leaving a solid plug behind. E Z Squeeze differs from other types of lost circulation materials, in that is rapidly forms a solid plug within the loss zone, rather than remaining at or near the face of the wellbore. This minimizes the possibility of the seal being removed during drilling operations, thereby necessitating repeated remedial treatments of the same zone. If necessary, E Z Squeeze can be cleaned up through high alkaline treatment. Compatible with all water-base, oil-base, and synthetic-base muds.
Premium Seal is a deformable and compressible micronized cellulose fiber which is compatible with water and oil based muds and has been specially designed to seal permeable formations. The optimum Particle Size Distribution (PSD) of graded fibrous particles creates a bridging action within a fraction of an inch of the bore hole and a matting effect within the mud wall cake. This type of sealing action will form a more permanent seal while drilling without subsequent danger of the bit, stabilizers, or drill pipe scraping off the seal, however, Premium Seal removes easily during production resulting in high return permeability. The particle sizes in Premium Seal allow it to seal micro fractures and prevent filtrate as well as whole mud damage to producing formations.
SYN-Seal is a single sack, chemically modified resin and cellulose fiber compound that contains no asphalt or asphalt derivatives. It is an oil-dispersible, powdered additive designed for effective seepage loss and/or lost circulation control in oil, invert, and synthetic systems and also provides rapid effective filtrate loss control. SYN-Seal is effective at both low and high temperatures and has a broad application in oil and synthetic muds, with its primary use being synthetic seepage and/or lost circulation control. SYN-Seal’s highly effective HTHP filtrate loss reduction results in thin, tough, lubricated filter cake development. Efficient sealing of micro-fractured formations minimizes unstable wellbore situations, while the sealing capability of SYN-Seal reduces mud seepage loss and differential sticking tendencies in low-pressure sands. The lubricating qualities impart friction reduction to enhance rotary and motor drilling as well as logging and casing runs.
Turbo-Phalt is a formulated low softening point gilsonite/resin mixture that has been precoupled with a surfactant/lubricant package. It is effective at both low and high temperatures and has a broad application in water based and oil based muds. Highly effective HTHP water loss reduction results in thin, tough, lubricated filter cake development. Effective sealing of micro-fractured formations minimizes unstable wellbore situations, while the sealing capability of Turbo-Phalt reduces mud seepage loss and differential sticking tendencies in low pressure sands. The lubricating qualities impart friction reduction to enhance rotary and motor drilling as well as logging and casing runs.
EARTHCARE - SPHAG SORB (oil absorbent )SPILL CONTROL PRODUCT.
S.C.O.R.E. Limited is the agent and representative for EARTH CARE PRODUCTS, the manufacturing and marketing department for SPHAG SORB material.
SPHAG SORB is a super absorbent organic compound that is used to clean up oil, gas, diesel fuel, solvents, paints, glycol and organic chemical spills. Peat is partially fossilized plant matter (mostly hemicelluloses, cellulose, and lignin) which is formed in poorly oxygenated wetlands where the rate of accumulation of plant matter is greater than that of decomposition. Peat is a highly porous material with a porosity of approximately 95% and a large specific surface area, which gives it a greater absorption capacity than other common absorbents.
SPHAG SORB is packaged in a variety of bags, containers, pads, socks and spill kits which simplifies preparedness for spill responses.
SPHAG SORB addresses all of these contributing expenses as it will typically absorb 4 times its own weight and generate much lower volumes of waste than competitive products.
